All live classes are recorded if you cannot be there in real-time. Our recorded class archive offers on-demand access to some of our popular past courses for you and your student to access at your convenience. • Do you offer one-on-one sessions? What is the process to work with you?
REV staff work with students of all ages (preK - adulthood) in our offices to develop communication skills or target specific goals (e.g., working on using a keyboard, building more independence with typing, etc.). We begin with a one-time initial evaluation conducted by either our Executive Director or Program Director. After this session we will help you work out a schedule with an instructor who can best meet your needs. To schedule an initial consult, please email info@reacheveryvoice.org
  • How much are your services? Do you accept insurance or alternate funding sources?
Prices for our group programs and online classes vary by class / program length. Each online course or in-person program has pricing information available. Our in-person services range from $95-165/hour depending on instructor. These rates are subject to annual increase to reflect inflation and experience of teachers. As we are not clinicians (SLPs / OTs, etc.), we are not able to accept insurance. We do our best to accommodate requests to use alternate funding sources (self-determination funding, homeschool vendor programs, outside scholarships, etc.) but cannot guarantee we will be able to accept all forms of payment. To inquire about a specific alternate funding source, please email info@reacheveryvoice.org with all details involved for that source (e.g., vendor packets, tax forms, invoicing procedures). We will evaluate the information and be in touch within 3-5 business days. We are currently vendored with Arizona’s ESA / ClassWallet. If you wish to use these funds for courses or programs, please email info@reacheveryvoice.org

Students who are working on spelling single words, making choices, or using open-ended communication skills will all find participation opportunities throughout each class.
  • Who is Accessible Academics designed for?
Accessible Academics is designed for parents, educators, and others who support the education of nonspeaking students or students with complex communication needs. The course was developed during the height of the pandemic / school closures in 2020 when more and more parents were struggling to figure out meaningful ways to educate their children after seeing that the virtual offerings from their schools were falling short. This course is a self-paced dive into strategies that allow you to adapt curriculum for any age and is filled with modeling of how to do this in all different subject areas: phonics, reading comprehension, math, science, history, academic and creative writing. There are also resources for making sure IEP goals and supplementary aids and services are written to provide access for nonspeaking students.
