Transforming Access Free Webinar
Grade-level science materials for nonspeaking learners. Finally.
Descripción del servicio
For too long, "adapted" has meant simplified. Watered down. A modified worksheet that asks less of a child because somewhere along the way, someone decided in advance what they could handle. At Reach Every Voice, we believe that's not adaptation. That's a ceiling. And our students deserve better. Transforming Access is a grant-funded initiative building a complete, ready-to-use adapted first-grade science curriculum for nonspeaking and partially speaking learners. Grade 1 Science includes 67 complete lessons across 16 units, covering everything from states of matter and magnets to plants, weather, and engineering design. Every lesson is standards-aligned, scaffolded for critical thinking, and designed so that an educator or parent can open it and teach without spending hours preparing materials first. Join Lisa Mihalich Quinn and Erin Buchanan of Reach Every Voice to experience how Transforming Access can bring grade-level learning to your student. Ready to see it in action? Join us for an info webinar. The same information will be shared on both dates. No need to register for both sessions. Can't make it live? Register to receive a copy of the recording.
