Our Approach

Reach Every Voice uses a text-based, multimodal AAC approach. We are not affiliated with any single methodology or trademarked communication program.

Our practices draw from multiple evidence-based strategies and are grounded in presuming competence: the belief that every student has the capacity to think, learn, and communicate, and that communication access should never depend on proving ability first.

We believe communication is a human right.

Access comes before independence.

Proficiency is not a prerequisite.

When I first met Lisa I thought I was wasting more time playing silly alphabet games in yet another therapy.  I couldn’t have been more wrong.  She thoughtfully taught me how to move to point to letters to spell my real thoughts.  This literally saved my life. I’m forever amazed in the complete faith she had in me.
